​Spa Policies 

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling, you agree to these terms.

 

Deposits & Cancellations

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your service.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a forfeited deposit.


Travel Fees

​For services beyond 10 miles, please contact Nurse Alicia for a personalized quote.”

Please ensure that parking is available for Nurse Alicia, as she will be bringing a massage bed, lights, and professional products.


Health & Safety

For the safety of all clients and patients, Nurse Alicia always wears a mask during services. Should you have any signs and symptoms of the flu or covid-19, please reschedule. 


Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include cash (please note change may not be available), Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.


Communication

Please allow time for responses to texts and emails, as Nurse Alicia may be with another client or patient.
